"Perfect stop after traveling from Nusa Penida back to the mainland. The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone on the staff were wonderful; a special shout out to Ega and Ariani. They are sweethearts but again, everyone on the staff were wonderful. We loved the food, as well."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel offers excellent amenities, and the airport shuttle was punctual and very convenient, making our travel stress-free. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options, which had a great variety and were delicious. A special thank you to Mika and Isma for providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with outstanding service, cleanliness, comfort, and great hospitality.
