"Friendly staff. Breakfast offered is adequate. Rooms in the older section of hotel could use some upgrading, in particular the bathroom. The room is nice and large though. Rooms have a key rather than an access card. New section is nicer and more modern but rooms are smaller. If you get an inside room they are very dark. Hotel is only 10 min. from the airport which was nice. Good place to stay if you just want an overnight between flights. "

"Hotel is fine for a short stay after a long flight but the rooms are showing their age. Faulty USB plug, sink plug jammed closed and bed valance was worn with holes. The room was expensive and I expected much better."

"We booked here about 4 hours before arriving due to flight cancellations leaving us in Bangkok for 48 hours unplanned. We arrived at the hotel and it was clean, friendly and just what we needed. Waking up the next day we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of the hotel, the courtyard and the restaurants. Its perfectly situated near Robinson Mall which is packed full of eateries and shops."
