"Overall Impression: 4/5 stars. Great location, but mixed service and lingering deposit issues.
The location is ideal, surrounded by lots of restaurants, a mall (Terminal 21), and a 7-Eleven. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The room decor was modern, and maintenance fixed a minor bathroom drainage issue immediately after check-in.
However, several drawbacks prevent a higher rating:
Deposit Delay: It has been three weeks since checkout, and my security deposit still hasn't been refunded. They are also very restrictive with accepted credit card types.
Pre-Arrival Support: Slow and unhelpful responses to simple inquiry messages prior to arrival.
Room Layout & Noise: Very little storage/wardrobe space if you are staying longer than a week, thin walls, and limited room service hours.
It’s a decent option for location alone, but because of the unresolved deposit issue and minor inconveniences, I am 50/50 on whether I would stay here again or recommend it to others. Especially because next year I will be traveling with a larger group."
