They offer complimentary shuttle services to Chinatown, though I didn’t know about this until my last day—I wish the front desk had mentioned it when I checked in. Additionally, they give you eight tokens to use for a foot massage or to get items from the hotel. I will definitely be back. I loved my room on the 27th floor. "
