シャワーカーテンの下が カビでヌルヌルでした、お願いして綺麗にして貰えましたが 事前に綺麗にしておいて欲しかったです。 コンベンションセンター併設ホテルだから仕方ないですが、うるさくて休まりませんでした。

Run down, malfunctioning room

Had to wait for long time to check in as there was only one staff on duty to deal with big groups during afternoon. Impression from the lobby was good but the room was a huge disappointment. Had to walk quite a distance from the lobby to another building. Room was very small, malfunctioning bathroom - broken/leaking shower that sprayed water to everywhere in the bathroom despite curtain closed, sink was too small to wash face properly, shower basin was clogged and had to shower with legs swimming in bath water... Housekeeping did not come on second day morning, after several reminders staff only came with clean towels and mineral water - no room cleaning. Wanted to massage after seeing the signs however could not find the spa center and staff who can help with the booking. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

tamu sy menginap d studio room 3-11 feb'17 kmrnya mmg tdk luas, begitu masuk wanginya tdk sedap, tembok sudah retak, shower tmpt keluar airnya lepas n jatuh tngh mlm, handle kmr mandinya pun sdh usang. sy sudah tlp k recepcionist 10 hr sblmny & akn dikasih studio room yg sudah renov, factanya tidak. saya tidak menyangka hotel kondisi room seperti dijual di hotel *3, sungguh kecewa n malu.

It's not a 4-star hotel

Stayed for 1 night at room 928 (Deluxe room, main building). Hotel was a bit outdated. It seems there were only non-smoking rooms but not non-smoking floor. As the non-smoking rooms were full, we got sanitized smoking room -- no complain for this, as no smoke smell entered our room during our stay. Internet connection was unsuccessful from the room. Air conditioner was quite noisy, room was not sound-proof from outside noise (outside the building and noise from people talking in the hallway or sound of moving chair next door). Room was not bright enough for reading at night. The ceiling lamp in the corner (above the coffee & tea table) was off. Safety box could not be locked -- the housekeeping staff replaced it after we called. Bed type was spring-bed, pillow was not comfortable. Food quality was just so-so (not tasty, not much variety at breakfast buffet). Ballroom was large, sound system was good, lights were white. Massage area was still being renovated. Massage quality was not standard between the staffs, toilet in the massage area was not convenient to use, headrest on massage bed was smelly, no music during massage.

The standard room (old building) isn't livable as hotel. Shower's in bad shape, the AC was rattling. The white towel is dingy and gray. The bed was too firm. The staffs are nice, but they truly need to renovate the rooms.

Lekker elke dag massage in de salon.

Prima service en goed eten in het restaurant. Personeel is betrokken. Kamers zijn bedoeld voor 2 personen. Dit is niet duidelijk bij je boeking want je kunt een derde bijboeken. Dan lig je dus met 3 personen in 2 bedden. Je moet bijbetalen voor je extra bed. Veel herrie van de moskee in de buurt.

Terrible service

On reception they argued us they can't provide us extra bed even we paid for it. They blamed expedia too even guy had confirmation with him. Then gave us terrible room even no iron provided and asked for extra. Hotel is not really clean as shows in images. I will not recommend this hotel. Far from all places. Hard to communicate with staff.

Unacceptable

I booked a 3A + 1C room, and was given a room with 2 single bed! Counter staff don't seems to understand english, very difficult to communicate. Had to do a top up to get the right room. Room towels were very old and looks dirty. Saloon and body massage in the hotel don't provide professional services. The only nice thing about the hotel, was the breakfast, and we still had to pay extra for 1A + 1C

Hotel review

This is my worst nightmare I ever come across staying in hotel. The breakfast is having repeated menu everyday.You will expected to wake up in the morning without the morning call service but the morning prayers instead.Wi-Fi connection is poor..... Will NEVER ever stay in this hotel again the next time I am back in Bandung.
