Decent stay & price

The service all around was very good, especially during the buffet breakfast (delicious!). The room was quite roomy however the cleanliness and condition left more to be desired (marker marks on the blind, smelly fridge, for examples). Overall, a good stay for one night in Bandung

Room was spacious and clean. Liked the small cushions at the sofa. The space for luggage bag is at the corner (hence not very convenient) and that area is quite dark. The sockets are good, no need to use travel adaptor. Had a pleasant surprise birthday card and towel deco from housekeeping Yuni. The toilet flush is quite weak and the toilet paper is very thin. The flush button is too low and too close to the bidet. Didn't like the hand held shower head, it's the type where it's not flexible and adjustable. Liked that the shower area has corner space for own toiletries. Breakfast has good variety. I had a surprise cake for my birthday. But the seating arrangement is not good, all tables cater for 4 pax, so solo traveler like me ended up at the high chair table and I knocked on the table a few times. Location although it's central, it's very hard to walk to nearby mall with the crazy traffic and useless traffic lights. And since I had food vouchers, I had my dinner most of the time at the hotel restaurant. Menu is a little limited, it would be good if there's more choices.

Location of hotel…..most things are close by such as the cultural museum, bandros trolley (love this!) shopping etc etc Breakfast variety was awesome. And was so happy that there’s a barista for coffee. Staff at Momo Cafe was very helpful..shout out to Den Rohman who introduced us to “bandrek” …he even prepared us a sugarless version. Den Rohman also informed us where we could buy Tapai and would get it for us if we couldn’t find it… Momo Cafe : Ms Lutfiana -Lovely young staff who was so helpful with our queries and very informative about the food available at the cafe. And AFIFAH….helped us with ride hailing services, shopping areas, restaurants, where we could get reflexology, etc…. A totally amazing kindhearted super dedicated person. A good stay at the hotel with staff who made it better!!

I stayed for 3 nights on business trip and I can easily said that they have fulfilled my needs during my stay - fast internet connection, fast in room dining service. Plenty of breakfast choices and good coffee make my morning great. I would recommend this hotel for those who wants to visit Bandung. I will definitely come back here for my next visit.

Super Hotel

Had a great stay in this hotel. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was modern and spacious. My favourite part was breakfast where chefs, Pak Mulus and Pak Adhi made a number of custom made local dishes for me to try on top of the buffet which was available to all. The dishes were delicious.
