"It was horrible! Don't trust the online pics or the list of amenities they supposedly have. Cabins are the worst, we rented 5 in our group for a family reunion & all were horrible. We all ended up staying at a ranch half hour away & losing our paid reservation but they really could care less!The getaway cabin which was supposed to be nice, had sewer problems & the smell was gaging! They will tell you its the well water to just run hot water & not only does this not work, you end up with cold...

"The road leading to the place needs a lot of work! And the cabin could use some signs to make it stand out as there is 3 cabins and luckily the neighbors helped us find it… it’s next to another…the metal poles need reflectors or a bright paint so you can see them in the dark made it dangerous… there isn’t really a driveway for this cabin to make it stand out if there was the neighbors next door parked in it…the property has a lot of good potential but just needs a little work. "This hotel is under construction! None of the pictures on Expedia match anything that this Hotel provides. Everything is outdated. I stayed with two handicap people. One of the elevators wasn’t working, so I was forced to push my handicap Sister to a working elevator while my father followed behind having a very hard time walking on his own with his walker that distance . It was the hard and inconvenient for me to try to wheel around my handicap sister and make sure that my dad would not fall around all of their construction this Hotel. Hotel does NOT match Marriott standards whatsoever! There were broken bathroom doors, washing machines in the area provided for filling ice, made it impossible for a handicap person to even get into! My dad couldn’t use his bathroom fan because of the loud noise it was making. They were cutting down palm trees directly over the pool area on Friday at 1 o’clock in the afternoon . I was horrified to go back and find my sister covered in sawdust! They just started cutting trees over her!I tried to speak with the manager, but as soon as I started this is not Marriott standards. She became extremely upset! I explained to her that I threw away chlorine bottles that were left out at the pool and both doors we let open on the pool maintenance rooms?! The hot tub outside didn’t work for $1600 I would expect a little more than what we received. The general manager was very very rude and disrespectful when we went voice or concerns. Very disappointed!"

"My kids absolutely loved this resort and are asking when we can go back. The pools, slides, lazy river, and hot tubs were all amazing. The room was very spacious and felt like an apartment. The balcony had a great view, and we even saw wildlife from it (fox and deer). It was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy."

"We stayed in one of the Mountain View Deluxe cabins. The view was amazing! There was a seating area out on the porch that overlooked the valley and mountains. It was so tranquil sitting out there drinking our coffee in the morning! The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and the decorations were very cute. The room had a quality AC unit, a mini fridge, and a microwave. We loved exploring the trail and seeing the deer and all the birds flying around. They have a Rec Hall and grills you can use for BBQ. We loved the tranquility of the pool and its cleanliness. They have a small convience center if you want to buy drinks or essential items. The staff were very friendly and welcomed all our questions and requests. The week before we arrived, the storms knocked out the Wifi, but that really wasn't an inconvenience at all, as there is so much to do and see there. It is really cool that you can stay there in an RV for longer periods, and the tent camping area is large and looks very peaceful as well. It was an all-around good time, and we will be back!"
