"We had booked and paid for two rooms as a family travelling with mum dad and two teenage kids (age 18 & 16). On arrival around 5 pm we had to wait 30 minutes and were then told there was only one room available as a guest had decided to stay longer. "Great room and can’t fault the facilities and location to the centre. However, I am giving a 3 star review because the WiFi doesn’t work and the food options weren’t great. It should have been mentioned that the hotel only offers slow WiFi that only works for one hour a day"
