Room large and kept clean by housekeeping
Front desk service lets property down, seems to be complete lack of customer service training. Breakfast not worth taking. Immediate area serves local tastes but too limited for o/s tourists. For transport must rely on Dart App and drivers. A system that appears to work ok like Malaysian Grab.
Overall is good, short distant walk to shops and restaurants. Renovation is still on going during my stay, after that, hope it should be alright!

The hotel is new and bed was comfy. It is the bathroom accessories that are disappointing. The water pressure is inconsistent and overhead shower accessories didn't perform as what it supposed to. I hope the hotel maintenance team can look into this to enables users have better 3xperience in the future.
