Balcony in the room needed cleaning. If you have a room on the street side of the hotel be prepared for lots of noise and need ear plugs to sleep.

The main positive thing about this hotel is the location and that the rooms were clean.
However, the hotel staff and amenities were mediocre. There was no hot water from my shower for the last two days and despite multiple requests to fix this, they did not.
The other thing I wish I knew was that Patong beach is pretty loud and rowdy and if that’s not your vibe, I would not recommend staying near Bangala road or this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Rooftop pool is the highlight especially at night! Staff is lacodasic, breakfast was decent enough. It is on a very steep hill beware of that if you plan on doing local exploring
