"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. It is in the baan tawai handcraft village. It was a miracle to be this close to the handcraft station. Highly recommended"

But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room.
