"It was a quaint quiet spot and our little chalet was facing a small rice field. We were able to sit out on our balcony and enjoy the peacefulness of the place. They have a small restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was also good and the prices were amazing."

"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."

"Having stayed there before we were so looking forward to our return. But the property has NOT been maintained; the rooms were cramped, dirty and very unappealing. We had booked a 2 day stay and left after one night. Oh, and that beautiful pool shown to the left is bone dry and filled with refuse. Do I make myself clear? Do NOT book this horror."
