"this place was a clean as it could have been, but the hotel has seen better days. Staff was nice enough. nothing terribly wrong with the room except for a moldy smell. "

"Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. Much of the staff didn't speak english, however they're were dedicated to figuring out what the issue was without any frustration. 5min off the highway, local convenience store at the entrance, 20min from the airport(trat), and 35min from koh chang ferry. Will stay again."
