"Beautiful pools, the water was warm with so much space for everyone to enjoy. The property is huge however and it’s a fair way to walk from the room to anywhere really. It would also be nicer if there were more things for the kids to do and evening activities to make it more lively."

"Great spot, with really nice pool. Also has a cute pond with barramundi in it. Room was nice and big, fridge worked well. Super convenient location to get into town and also visit the surrounds. On the older side but that made the price very good. We managed to avoid the timeshare/club sales pitch and thry didnt hound us like some people mention, just say no you are busy "

"Location was so beautiful so close to nature gorgeous beach. Due to rural area only a few options for food but still good one walkable couple very short drive. We did one night cooking on the campsite bbqs which was lovely. Lots of options for tours too."

"Our family stayed at Silkari Lagoons in Port Douglas recently and overall had a very enjoyable time. The setting is surrounded by lush gardens, lagoon-style pools (six of them), and relaxing BBQ areas make it feels like a tropical resort. The room was spacious, we had a dual key 3 bedroom, it was well‑equipped with a kitchenette and laundry facilities, which was really handy. The staff were warm and helpful, especially with tour suggestions and local info. Cleanliness was good; common areas...

"Crystal gave great instructions to enter the property after hours. Apartment was on the top floor (note no stairs for those with mobility issues). No problem for us at all. As part of our package a mid stay clean was offered which included restocking toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher items - never usually included so that’s a real plus! Comfy beds and so close to everything including the beach a few steps away. Loved it! "

"Great 4star apartments, with full kitchens/amenities, 2 separate pools. Bay Villas is located really close to the main shopping/eats street - great cheap shuttle service pick-up/drop off at your leisure. The staff at Bay Villas were SO friendly & helpful-incl. ongoing communication prior to our arrival, suggestions/arrangements for activities whilst visiting, and easy a/h checkin - which all made our holiday easy, seamless & stress free. SO glad we chose this resort over the billions of others...
