"Me and a friend of mine stayed at this property in late December 2024, and unfortunately our experience was extremely negative. We booked an apartment via Hotels.com with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. However, upon arrival, we were given a simple double room with one bed, a bathroom, and no kitchen—completely different from what we had paid for. The owner claimed that the apartment we booked was overbooked, and insisted that one double bed was sufficient for two people, which was...

"The room was smelling bad, too humid, no heat or a/c. There was no way to get rid of musty smell. The beds and towels were musty - unusable. We could not sleep all night. We did not even use their shower. The chairs were dirty and unsanitary. This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY CHARGED MORE THAN DOUBLE PRICE COMPARED TO THE NEXT DAY STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH WAS 4 STAR. WE SHOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK. "
