Very comfortable motel, owners happy to work with guests to provide rooms where possible at the rear of the property that facilitate car trailer parking. Third time at this motel and will continue to book there in the future as each time it has been a good stay.

Great Value Accommodation

Perfect accommodation for our one-night stay. Conveniently located near Coles supermarket and Sebas Bowling Club where you can get a reasonably priced good quality meal. Enjoyed the in-room spa to unwind from our travel day. Will definitely stay there again when next visiting Ballarat.

I regulary travel to race and stay at variois accomodation but this accomodation was trully up there with more costly establishments. Clean, comfy bed and excellent linen and very friendly host. Wish for more places like this.

Room has a toaster, microwave, fridge but no cutlery or plates. There is a Cole’s just down the road so these items can be easily purchased but is inconvenient. Otherwise nice clean rooms.

Quick cheap overnight stay. Staff are very polite and friendly. Room is what you should expect. Facilities good and room was clean. Good for a short stay!

Very welcoming at reception, be aware there is a height limit at entrance but there is a back entrance if required. Unit was comfortable, but looked a little tired, eg door sticking and obviously was being kicked to open it. Very clean, queen bed super comfortable. Plenty of power points for device charging. Would happily stay again and recommend for a short stay.

Lovely Crisp white cotton sheets, easy parking we were allowed to park and bring in our Ute as we were in the middle of moving. Bathroom very old, curtain ripped recommend you bring your own soap. Large TV everything else good.

From check in to check out this stay was easy and relaxed. Management are easy going yet professional. Cleaning staff are friendly and do a really good job. This is an older style motel but it is clean, well presented, has a massive smart tv in the room and has all the amenities you need for a short stay. A few minutes out of town but still has major supermarkets, take aways, restaurants, churches all around. Some things may need to be upgraded in the rooms like bathroom curtains and sometimes the doors are hard to open/close, however I have enjoyed my stay every time and couldn't ask for more especially considering the reasonable price. Will stay again and again thank you.
