"Hotel is always clean, parking free, staff friendly and pool is wonderful. We enjoy sitting in the lobby watching the big TV, and we love the views out the big windows in our room. We have been here multiple times and will return again. We did ask for a replacement conditioner three times on this visit and never got it, but other than that it is a wonderful hotel."

"I had a great stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall service. I traveled from Charlotte-NC with my family, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to Patricia, who prepares the omelets. She was very kind, provided excellent service, and is bilingual with great skills in both English and Spanish. I was also impressed by her cooking technique—her pan flipping was smooth and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining area layout for breakfast and happy hour was very amenable to our large mult-family gathering. It was nice to be able to walk to various restaurants nearby too."

"Don’t stay here if you don’t have an ADA animal they don’t accept pets or ESA animals. I drove over 8 hours just to be exhausted, and told you can’t stay here! We won’t accept pets only service animals. My dog isn’t even 8lbs, doesn’t bark, he is a therapeutic dog for a medical condition. The manager didn’t care turned us away an I spent an hour or longer in their parking lot trying to find another place to stay at 11pm at night. I’ll never stay here or even try again! "

"I loved the girl that was at the front desk. She was very attentive and caring. She navigated my early check in and offered to add the latest check out so I could get some good sleep. As far the room goes, it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice but inside the shower you could see the paint chipping. The shower/tub was small, but I figure was due to the fact that enlarged the nook that held The refrigerator and microwave with built in coffee nook. I do not watch tv, but the tv was pretty big. I tried to set up my Netflix, but it kept sending me a message and the tv. But I did get my YouTube hooked and watched that. The hotel had lots of Parking, so that was good. And it located near their north point mall and restaurants that you could walk too. Overall, it was great stay and I would recommend to anyone. "
