"The Reisen is a lovely place to stay in Hahndorf. Great for walking and exploring the town. Only negative is paying for a balcony room to be only looking at a tin roof. Not what the photos show"

"The hotel isn't anything like the pictures. It is filthy and very uninviting. Staff were very young and were not interested in engaging. The floors were old and covered in stains. The bathroom was mouldy and smelly. No room on a vanity to put a toilet bag. Shower was dirty and mouldy. I would not recommend this to anyone. No lift so if you have bags you need to carry them up a flight of stairs. Doors were banging all night, very hard to sleep. Arrived late so no other option but to stay. ...
