"Property was very comfortable. Spacious room and good value for the price. The biggest let down was the staff. It was difficult to find the valet every time I needed the car and, on the first day that I was seated for the complimentary breakfast, no server ever came to my table. Beyond that, the property is as advertised, has several amenities with good offerings for food on site. There were many activities for people of all ages to where this property would be very family friendly."

"Room was lovely, clean & has a small kitchen. The only let down was the air conditioning, the lowest it could be set to was 18 degrees, which for us was too warm during night, so we had to switch it off and open the window. Not the best nights sleep!"

Upon first glance my husband thought I was crazy, he assumed it would be run down, and not offer much because it was not in the city center. He sure changed his tune on that once we checked in. "We thought we were going to be staying in the castle but ended up in the garden room. the room was nice but had a very small uncomfortable bed. this should have been explained upon booking and we could have upgraded. The staff and breakfast was excellent!"

"My second time staying. This time the sweet had a beautiful expanded and modern kitchen. However, virtually no dishes, pots or pans and no cutlery. Needless to say it was a beautiful kitchen, but not as much use except to keep things in the fridge. Manager should at least add some cutlery."
