"It was a clean room. The photos did differ from the actual room. We had no heat on the first night, so that was challenging. However, the next day, Zoe was such a blessing and they were able to fix the heat. She also provided a portable heater in the meantime that they get it fixed. We appreciated the grab-and-go breakfast - it might be best to have some disposable spoons for the oats. A kettle in the room would have been nice for the tea lovers ;) But they allowed me to use their kettle in the...
