The hotel is old, nothing done inside from centuries! The food is the same every day, every year! No AC in the rooms, old furniture, floor carpets and broken fittings in bathroom. The best part, the cheep price and position of the hotel.

This Hotel has a great and friendly staff that helps you at all times during your stay and you feel almost at home. Great location as well with a beautiful garden upfront, very good meals served! We stayed with a 2 years old child, who enjoyed it very much. We recommend this Hotel and Albena resort.

Never come back

The room was apparently clean, but at the midnight I had to chase 3 cockroaches. Also, there are spider webs on the corners of the room. You can smell the mold from the hotel corridor. I will definitely not come back to this hotel again!

My trip to Albena

The people are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to help and the location of the Hotel is formidable in addition to the food and swimming pool, shopping area ...etc. The room is modest and they have Wifi in the main reception area, but I suggest to add it in rooms as an additional expenses (e.g. 5 Levi / day)

The rooms in this hotel.

This hotel is by far the worst i have ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy dirty. Brown water coming out of taps, mould in the bathrooms. The rooms are never cleaned. Insects crawling around the floors and walls. Stains on the floor and ceilings from water leaks. Blinds falling off the windows. Carpets never hoovered or cleaned. No tv, no phone, air conditioning not working. Safe not working. Windows could be fully opened very dangerous for children. Carpets in hall falling apart, rubbish not collected. Rubbish left in hallways. Lights not working in hallway, very dangerous. this hotel is absolutely dreadful. i heard from a local that this hotel is shutdown for seven months of the year and only opens up again in May. I would never go back to Bulgaria based on my experience in this hotel. The food was not good either, mould on the desert and food not cooked correctly. there is just to many bad things to say about this hotel. This hotel should be closed down until it is fully renovated. There is serious health and safety issues with this hotel. it is only a matter of time in my opinion before something seriously happens. The doors in the hallways were opening and closing with the wind blowing up the stairway. Some of the windows did not open or close properly. The list goes on. An absolute nightmare.

Rooms look nothing like the photos

We chose this hotel because the rooms looked really nice in the photos but when we got there we were disappointed: old furniture, a smelly room. We asked them to change it, the first room didn't even have an air conditioning system. The second one was similar, but had air conditioning. We left because we could not imagine staying in those rooms for five nights.

Worst hotel

We arrived at hotel and greeted by rude reception staff. Over the course of our stay we noticed they were very helpful to other guests but being the only english in the hotel it seems noone had time for us. Noone had any manners please thanks or even just to acknowledge you have waited for them to get in a lift for example. The hotel has about 8 lifts however you can spend anything from 5 to 15 minutes waiting for them. We were on the 12th floor and were forced to use the stairs on several occasions. The room its self was out dated and dirty. The bed sheets and towels were clean but thats as far as it goes. Around the tiles in bath and sink had black mould. Absolutly disgusting. There was also no aircon in room in 30 degree heat. The pool was filthy and the indoor pool didnt even have any water in it. Thoughout our stay i saw about 3 people in the pool. Appears other people felt the same. Worst hotel experience ...we ended up leaving early and going to a different hotel it was that bad.

Best Views of Albena

This hotel is in an excellent location, and if you request an upper floor room facing the sea, you will enjoy outstanding views of Albena. The staff is always helpful, the hotel also includes a breakfast buffet, indoor & outdoor pools are great, and there is also underground parking. An easy 3 minute walk to the beach and right at the entrance of the touristy pedestrian street of Albena. Overall, always an excellent value and I have been staying here since 2006.

i went last week to this hotel with my family. my impresion after the stay is as i said to the front desk manager: "don't know how the hell you've got your stars!!!" positive points: - got an upgrade because the room was too small for 3 ppl and we have received an aprtment - breakfast and dinner negative: - apartment had a tilet deffect and the sink was bloked - very onld furniture - when we complaint that A/C wasn't working they said the room didn't include it!!! - at swimming pool they asked us to pay for the sun beds. i made a huge complaint about it and after that we were alowed to use without paying onestly, the hotel shoudnt have more then 2 stars.
