"The rooms do not have air conditioning or individual controls. The food was OK but took a long time to get to our table. There was a secret on how to push the button on the elevator. Other than those items we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a traumatic experience during our stay. There were drunk people making ruckus all night, knocking the door at 2 am and 3 am, making weird sounds and calling themselves room service. We were just there for a night and had to catch our flight next morning. I was with my family and was scared. we left early so that we can have some peaceful time at the airport. Please avoid this property as much as possible."

"I literally happened upon this property in a beautiful coastal suburb, Malahide, right outside of Dublin. I had never heard of Malahide, but a lovely Irish woman suggested I stay at the Grand Hotel for my last night in Dublin. It was a fantastic tip. "First this is not a 4 star hotel. I would honestly give it 2 stars at most. The building is in bad shape from the outside and inside. We were in room 4142 and the tv only worked for 2 nights out of our 5 night stay. No help with our luggage from lobby attendants on arrival and I was traveling with an infant. I would never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff didn’t help with fixing tv or moving us to a different room. Terrible all around!!!"
