"Stay was serene but building is highly dated in terms of room upkeep and property appearance but staff as polite and helpful"

"Perf"

"The place was very beautiful, nice, and clean. However, the room was extremely small and did not have a microwave to warm up food. There was only one luggage rack in the room, so we had to ask for another one. Unfortunately, it rained the entire weekend, which made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, I honestly felt like I wasted my money. Another issue was the unexpected $470 deposit that we were asked to pay upon arrival. We were originally told that the deposit would only be $170. No...

"Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Only issue is trains will all night be sounding there horns, it's next to a noisy set of roads, and it's also right next to the airport. So if your a fan of everything travel you'll be fine, but expect a not so peaceful noghts sleep! I'd recommend the breakfast it is excellent, also the staff are friendly."

"Check in staff wonderful. Ali is the best and is a great ambassador ...... No real negatives."

"No me gustó k la picina no estaba en servicio"

"It was exactly as described. I only stayed overnight. Staff was nice."

"The hotel is very nice but it is very noisy at night especially the weekend. You can hear all the sounds from the street"

"Staff were amazing and so helpful. Felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Nice hotel clean and comfortable beds."

"Quick and convenient check in, good staff. Normal hotel breakfast. Close to the cruise port, great for a short term stay."

"The hotel had very heavy construction hapening right next to the pool starting from early morning. There was no notice given to us by expedia or the hotel, that there is construction, when we were booking. It was impossible to relax by the pool during the day with the heavy construction noise. It is frustrating since most people book this hotel with intention to relax by the pool during the day.The staff told us that construction will continue for another year."

"A great hotel, but a bit pricey."

"Nos quedamos una noche y estuvo muy bien, muy cerca del aeropuerto además que tomamos el shutter."

"Great location in Brickell. Free monorail is 100yds away. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Local area has a cool nightlife vibe. Room was typical US hotel fair, clean and comfortable"
