"Booked a private room with shared bathroom at the hostel. I arrived very late but had received the self check in instructions via email. All was good and I was able to get to my room without incident. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The communal washing area and toilets were close which was helpful. "We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got.
