"This is one of the best places I have stayed. Maya is amazing and a super host! I can’t recommend it enough. She welcomed me with a piece of cake and a cold juice which was very much needed. The place is in a pristine condition, super quite and I also recommend he cooking. By far the best I experienced in my 30 days trip in Sti Lanka"

"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...

"We stayed Moi Dambulla for 3 days. It was such a beautiful and peaceful stay. Its also really close to the Golden temple and can get to Sigirya easily. The staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. The place is very clean, I wasn’t keeping well on the day of checkout and the staff very kindly let us checkout late because of me. They also cooked us meals. Erande, the manager I believe and the staff were really great, we definitely recommend the stay. "

"Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return."

"Séjour dans un cadre superbe. Par contre le dîner accompagné d'insectes et autres moustiques et bestioles, a été un des pires moments. Mésaventure concernant le règlement. Nous avons réglé la totalité à notre départ et on s'est fait débité le règlement une nouvelle fois sur la carte qui a servi de réservation. C'est vraiment très limite et surtout incompréhensible. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel hier qui nous a confirmé un remboursement que nous surveillons, et bien entendu, nous n'hésiterons pas...

"A little oasis, great rooms, nice pool, very lovely staff! They also helped with a trip to the rocks, especially the driver was very service-orientated, even handed over small cold towels after the descend."

"Wonderful room two doors away from where Queen Elizabeth stayed. Fabulous little infinity pool and only two of us in there. Stunning view with sundowners on the terrace spoilt by terrorist monkey determined to steal something off our table. Enormous curry with enough dishes to feed at least 3 adults!"
