"The hotel enjoys an excellent location, which is certainly one of its main highlights. However, the rooms would benefit greatly from a renovation, as they feel rather dated, particularly the bathrooms. For a five-star hotel, the overall room condition falls short of the standard one would expect. Additionally, the hotel may wish to reconsider its child breakfast policy. "Tackled away in a small neighbourhood with lots of small stores, restaurants and gardens. An absolute gem!"

"Immaculate rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was great with many options. Please note that the couches in the breakfast room should be replaced. They are very low for sitting to eat against the higher table."

"I like everything."

"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."
