"Poor communication, key access codes were not shared prior to check-in. During the check-in day, had to make numerous attempts to get through the call agent to retrieve the access codes. To top it up, we were given only 3 rooms as against our booking of 4 rooms!!! Which was the most terrible experience. Some major glitch on their system or between Expedia and the property that caused this extremely poor experience."
