"It was nice stay, however, check in was time taking, we needed to wait for almost 30 minutes without any valid reason.

"My stay at Sagar Residency was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this property to anyone. I had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but after staying only 1 night, I decided to leave because the experience was so poor.
The overall condition of the property was not as expected. The service quality was very disappointing, and the facilities did not match what was promised. The room experience was uncomfortable, and I did not feel satisfied or relaxed during my stay.

"Accord is an OK place to stay. Location is not great. Staff try to be nice. Food is ok. My wife requested special items for lunch & the head chef was kind enough to make it to our liking. Over all we are satisfied."

"It was a great experience. I found one of the best hotels in Pondicherry. The hotel has a large, clean swimming pool, which was very well maintained. Although the property is old, but the interiors and overall cleanliness are impressive and exceptionally well kept.

"This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming.

"Location is good with quiet and secluded surroundings. The rooms were clean but the toilets and bathrooms were dirty. Sometimes the flushes were not working or there were issues with the drainage. Staff was prompt to respond but the property need some regular maintenance work. Breakfast options were good."
