"There was an issue on arrival as I was told I needed to pay even though I had made a prior payment with my credit card online. This was eventually resolved but there is clearly a problem in the arrangement between the hotel and Expedia."

"Hotel was lovely in a nice location. Close to Slipway. The gym was small but the pool was nice. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. Only thing was I had to wait for checkin even after checkin time. The hotel looked after my luggage whilst I went on safari so I was very pleased."

"The rooms are great, clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was wifi, seems that it gets to limit devices connected whenever the hotel is full. We could not connect the first two days of our stay, and staff could not help"

"when I made check in I was given opprrunity to choose between 2 rooms but at the check out the hotel manager insisted that I need to pay more than what the price was because they upgraded me. I did not pay eventually but had a bad feeling about this try.
The internet is very slow, the hotel is very far from the center of the town."

"I enjoyed my stay. However, breastfast food could be better, food was lukewarm warm or cold. . Staff was decent some better than others.. Area is for shopping. Every 5 market pretty much have the same thing..However, Most storesno one has price on hardly anything. So they can randomly charge what they want for that day.according to their need or what they think they can get.
