โรงแรมใกล้บักเกอร์ซีรอสเซา, อินส์บรุค

"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Großzügiges Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal (besonders beim Frühstück) und sehr sauberes Hotel an sich. Der Sauna Bereich war ebenfalls sehr schön, klein aber super angenehm. Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom HBF erreichbar."

"Fabulous location, amazing breakfast and great staff. Easy tram ride to the center. Can't wait to be back."

"Fab hotel Would definitely go back"

"Great spot to stay, well mainted and beautiful hotel. Great dinner inside"

"This was an awesome hotel to stay in with clean and newer appearance. It was close to public transportation, and the staff was very helpful."

"Clean, staff were lovely, great air conditioning. We loved our stay and was so beautiful in the mountains. We had a great time and good value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the staff were lovely when providing drinks."

"เป็นโฮสเทลที่ดีเกินคาดมาก มีห้องน้ำในตัว สะอาด พนักงานบริการดี ข้อเสียคืออยู่ไกล เลยต้องนั่งแท็กซี่ และไม่มีลิฟต์ อาจจะลำบากวันที่ Check-in, Check-out"

"Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out."

"One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

"The room was small but beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day and the coffee pods for the machine replaced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't have the daily breakfast, but we did book for the Sunday buffet which was excellent. The hotel is pretty central and was an easy walk into the old town. We really enjoyed a sunny afternoon relaxing in the peace and quiet of the rooftop deck."

"Alles war ausgezeichnet."

"Alles super, kommen gerne wieder!"

"In front of a skiing equipment rental store, and easy to get a bus to Stubaital mountains"
