"Overall the place was decent; however there was no hot water for the shower in room 103.
Staff told us to wait up to 15 minutes for it to get hot.
Besides the waste of water that have been, we tried for 5 and still ice cold so skipped bathing that day"
"Very convenient location. Staff is very good. Rooms are generally clean, but are getting quite old and renovations should be done to match the price of the room."
"When we checked in , the woman at the desk said “the room you’re in the TV doesn’t work “ the remote doesn’t work either , so you’ll have to manually use the power button on the side of the tv ! Which is wall mounted.
There was absolutely no closet in the room or angers it anywhere to hang anything at all!
Also the brick walls outside the rooms are coming apart from the structure of the building ! The showers were very slippery with no hand rail.
Very noisy with thin walls . We were on the bottom floor and all we heard were footsteps above for hours upon hours.
We did enjoy having a water dispenser available to refill our bottles. Convenient location to The Badlands, and Wall Drug, etc."
"Our cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel in general was in need of some maintenance. The air conditioner/heater was very noisy, the windows did not open and the sink was clogged and drained very slowly. The staff replaced towels and emptied trash every day but there was no real maid service. There was no pool or spa or breakfast. The cabin was nice enough but I feel it was way overpriced."
"We were experiencing an auto issue. The sraff directed us to a nearby parts house and we were up and running within a few hours. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and comfortable."
"Really enjoyed my stay here! It was a quick overnight before my adventure in the Badlands the next day. The hotel was clean, safe, quiet, close to Wall Drug, had a great continental breakfast and the staff were friendly! Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling through the area."
