Wonderful hotel and staff!!

This is an amazing hotel in the beautiful area of the Black Forest and Badenweiler. A great location in the town and close to their Roman Bath ruins and their up to date and modern bath house. The staff was very welcoming and kind to our family. The rooms were very spacious and modern while still reflecting the classic location and building. Would certainly stay there again!!

Tolles Stadt Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Aussicht. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Zu Fuß in 5 min im Zentrum. Beim Check In wurde uns mitgeteilt das wir uns auf der Terasse einen Kaffee und Kuchen gönnen können . Klasse Start Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet jedoch ohne Klimaanlage. Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel. Frühstück ist 👍 alles was man braucht.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und vor allem ruhig gelegen. Der Zimmerservice könnte besser und sauberer sein. Mal wurde vergessen die Minibar wieder aufzufüllen, mal wurde der Kaffee oder die Milch dazu vergessen aufzufüllen. Geht in einem 3 Sterne Haus auch deutlich besser. Was ebenfalls irreführend ist , da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür ist der absolut nicht vorhandene Pool, weder innen noch außen. Da wir das Hotel aufgrund des Pools gebucht haben der hier gleich bei Expedia auf dem 2. Bild zu sehen ist , waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder von der Poollandschaft sind nicht vom Hotel sondern von der 5 Gehminuten entfernten Therme , wobei man hier natürlich Eintritt zahlen muss. Also wer das Hotel aufgrund der (nicht vorhandenen) Poollandschaft buchen will, wird wie wir enttäuscht :(

Meine Frau und ich waren für den Zeitraum von 27.05.24 - 30.05.24 in dem bezaubernden Schlossberg Hotel. Von außen bemerkt man das dass Hotel etwas älter ist, doch im inneren verbirgt sich ein unglaublich modernes, familiäres Anwesen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolut persönliche Servicenote die dieses Hotel führt. Ich habe so umfassend herzliches Personal, selten bzw nochnie erlebt und muss meine Begeisterung nun auch hier in der Bewertung ausdrücken. Hier werden Sie nicht nur als Hotelgast angesehen, hier erleben sie die außergewöhnlich schöne Menschlichkeit die so oft vergessen wird. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens und guten Gewissens empfehlen. Gäbe es einen 6ten Stern hätte dieses Hotel diesen definitiv verdient. Beste Grüße aus Bayern
