The room was very clean and recently refurbished by the look of it. It was great for staying as a family of 4 and all being together. The one downside is there is no housekeeping during your stay so cups aren’t cleaned and we only had 2 cups for 4 of us. It is a good location for walking into the old town and there is also a lovely Italian restaurant 4 minutes walk away and a bakery and small supermarket 7 minutes walk away. Would recommend staying here for a 2 night stay.

Room was much bigger than expected, very clean. Hotel is in a perfect location if you love hiking, it’s a short walk from the start of a bunch of trails that go in to the Black Forest. Staff is very friendly.

Very pleasant, relaxed, huge amount of space and kitchen facility. Great for a longer stay for people who enjoy hiking.Extremely good value for money. No Air Conditioning so do not book during a Heatwave. Staff are very lovely.

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden. The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area.

The hotel is very charming and unique in an historic cigar factory. Big rooms and very close to the festival concert house. So perfect for me. Friendly staff. Would always chose this place in Baden-Baden!!

Absolutely wonderful!

Charming old building, huge, lovely room with kitchenette, big bathroom, everything very clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, not too long a walk from the old town / city centre. We could check in well before the check-in time, it was raining, so big thank you for that.

The rooms were very big and spacious. The location was very good, you can easily get the bus into centre of Baden Baden. Weirdly, the shower does not have a shower curtain, which makes bathing more complicated than it needs to be. We also visited during a strong heatwave and the rooms do not have air conditioning. This made it near impossible to sleep as the rooms were extremely warm. The heatwave is not the hotels fault, but more could have been done to support guests during this time i.e. fans, water etc

Room was nicer than the photos and bigger than it looked. AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!

Nowhere on the outside of the property was the name of the Hotel we’d booked. The sign said Hotel Likestay. So we wasted ages and temper looking A tight turn in and no signage to car park led us going down a steep narrow drive to a private park which we had to reverse out We witnessed other guests doing the same Use of the Hotel parking had to be paid for using an App. The hotels wifi was so feeble that it was very problematic The hotel reception staff though charming were no help

Sehr schönes Hotel in Baden Baden zu akzeptablen und nicht überzogenen - wie in Baden Baden üblich - Preisen. Sehr freundlicher Service beim check-in. Mein Zimmerwunsch wurde respektiert und erfüllt, was mir immer sehr wichtig ist. Ich kann das Haus empfehlen. Einzig die Parkplätze sind beengt unsers gibt zu wenige.
