We only stayed one night. Biggest difficulty was that we had requested one of the rooms for three adults and they were unable to provide a bed for the third adult so we had to book a third room. Staff were helpful and the parking was quite convenient. Location was nice and I wish we had more time to explore this pretty little town. Had a nice walk to dinner and back. Air conditioning was a bit underpowered.

The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options.

Awesome family room!

We travel alot and this is the best family room we have ever stayed in! The separate area with the single child bed is amazing! You can pull the curtain across so little ones can go to sleep earlier than the adults. Great design. Car park right underneath so you can get your luggage straight upto the room.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Avoid This Hotel

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing due to their unprofessional customer service. We initially made a reservation for the wrong date by mistake. Realizing the error, we rebooked two rooms for the correct date and stayed without issue. However, despite the fact that the original booking was for a completely different date—months away from our actual stay—the hotel refused to engage in any meaningful discussion about a refund for the unused family room. Attempts to clarify the issue were met with silence. The front desk staff gave one version of events in person, but follow-up communication was completely ignored. There was no consistency or willingness to help. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

We let the receptionist know we were gold members. Even with proof she needed Expedia to call in and confirm. Told Expedia we would be receiving perks. Didnt get anything. Room was not clean. There was garbage from former guest. There were lipstick stains on the pillow and when we called the front desk, I was told housekeeping had left. It was only after saying that I wouldn't sleep without a pillow I received one almost 1 hour later. For a fourstar hotel, it doesn't have a safe, no coffee or water kettle in the room. Shampoo and body wash was two in one dispensers. Nothing additional. The room did not cleaned the next day either. This hotel did not meet our expectation of a four star hotel. Only plus was the room size

Een boeking gedaan voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind. Bij aankomst bleek dit niet te passen in de geboekte kamer. De keuze was onze zoon van 12 bij ons in bed, of upgraden. Aangezien dat natuurlijk niet past, moesten we dus upgraden, maar dat tegen de volledige bijbetaling. Het personeel was hierbij niet behulpzaam. Ze kwamen zelfs geïrriteerd naar ons toe over.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – einige Punkte entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass mehrere Dinge anders waren als angekündigt bzw. auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze, mit denen geworben wurde, waren nicht vorhanden. Stattdessen musste ich 8 € pro Tag für das Parken bezahlen. Auch das Thema E-Ladestation war nicht eindeutig bzw. fiel letztlich nicht in den Zuständigkeitsbereich des Hotels. Hilfestellung durch das Personal? Fehlanzeige Das Zimmer bzw. die Unterkunft war zudem nicht besonders sauber. Der Tisch war klebrig und bei der Reinigung am Samstag wurde offenbar nur der Müll geleert, anstatt das Zimmer vollständig zu reinigen. Auch im Bereich des Treppenhauses nach oben waren die Türen geschlossen, was feuerschutztechnisch ein Disaster ist und uns der Möglichkeit beraubte den Aufzug zu meiden. Beim Frühstück gab es Bändchen, was für mich ebenfalls eher ungewöhnlich und wenig angenehm wirkte. Am Sonntagmorgen war kein (Dusch-)wasser verfügbar. Das Personal hat uns nicht informiert, so dass wir schon ausgekleidet unter der Dusche standen, als es uns auffiel. Sehr enttäuschend war auch, dass am Waschbecken keine Amenities vorhanden waren, obwohl diese auf den bei Expedia veröffentlichten Bildern zu sehen sind. Dadurch entsteht ein falscher Eindruck von der Ausstattung. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal war leider eher unfreundlich, ein Rückruf der Chefin ist nie erfolgt
