Ein etwas veraltet Haus! Es wurde zwar offensichtlich laufend dazugebaut, wobei es besser gewesen wäre, den Bestand zu sanieren! Saunabereich ist ok, Hallenbad und Freibad wirklich schon sehr alt! Zimmer super groß aber von der Einrichtung sehr alt (kirschenholz)

Wir waren mit Motorrad dort und wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage für viele Touren... und Panoramastrassen... auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt fehlt es einem an Nichts in dem Hotel... ein super schöner Wellnessbereich ohne Kidszugang ist prima durchdacht.... immer wieder gern. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal...

Razočarenje!

Neugodno razočarenje... Smještajni prostor predimenzioniran sa zastarjelim uređenjem, potrgane zavjese, zaprljana ogledala, nedostatno opremljeni sanitarni prostor, neučinkovito sušilo za kosu, koje producira nesnosnu buku... Usluga čišćenja sobe svela se na kasno podnevni obilazak spremačice s pitanjem da li je nešto potrebno... Jedini pravovremeni dolazak spremačice dogodio se posljednjeg dana našeg boravka i to puna dva sata prije check-out termina... Kuhinja je bila označena posvemašnjim izostankom nacionalnih i lokalnih specijaliteta... Neobična večernja meni-ponuda, svakako neprilagođena osobama koje su cijeli dan bile aktivne na skijalištu, fizički izmorene i zdravo gladne... Doručak bez dostatne ponude prilagođene dijabetičarima, limun za čaj mora se posebno zatražiti... Nadalje, voda u bazenu i masažnoj kadi je prehladna... Internetska veza slaba i sa stalnim prekidima pristupa... Sve u svemu - neprimjerena štedljivost, nedostatna kvaliteta ponude... Samo cijena hotelske usluge je na razini četiri zvjezdice... Nikada više nećemo ući u taj hotel! Sramota!

Ottimo hotel termale a Bad Kleinkirchheim

Ottimo hotel situato nella parte alta di Bad Kleinkirchheim. La junior suite è molto spaziosa. È dotata di bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno. La nostra camera era all'ultimo piano dotata di un grande balcone con vista sul paese. Per chi ha la mezza pensione è previsto anche un piccolo buffet a pranzo. L'hotel è dotato di un'ottima spa con piscina interna ed esterna, whirlpool, bagno turco e varie saune. Vi è inoltre la possibiltà di scegliere (a pagamento) vari trattamenti di bellezza e massaggi. La colazione a buffet è molto ricca. La cena è in stile austriaco di buon livello. Come al solito purtroppo le bevande sono sempre considerate extra. Il personale è gentile ed alcuni parlano anche italiano. In sintesi una struttura da consigliare.

Beautiful family hotel

My brief stay after a nearby summer event was very pleasant. The local style room was really beautiful with the double room/single occupancy rate being a great deal. Breakfast and half board options were very good. The sauna area was better than in comparable places I have seen. The only problem I experienced was the unstable internet connection in my room but this is probably not an issue for most family vacations. I'm thinking of coming back for a full blown family trip.
