Wonderful hotel for whom wants spa

The staff at a front desk was very kind and friendly. This hotel gave the alpen therme to all the hotel guests. The therme was fantastic.

Super, dass im arrangement die nutzung der alpentherme inkludiert ist. Hoteleigener wellnessbereich ist nicht in betrieb...schade, keine bar, kein restaurant direkt im hotel. Für den preis ist frühstücksbuffet akzeptabel. Keine minibar, nur leerer kühlschrank.

Trevlig personal och mysigt hotell trots att det är ganska stort. Spa avdelningen var stängd och personalen på hotellet löste det snyggt och erbjöd närliggande thermalbad men det ligger drygt 5-600 meter bort vilket vi inte var beredda på. Helhet mycket bra och prisvärt hotell.

A great place to stay in Bad Hofgastein.

A large hotel close to the centre of Bad Hofgastein, with a good pool and decent wellness facilities. Good housekeeping with clean rooms and common areas and a great breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

Good hotel, near pedestrian zone. Breakfast ok, good pool but overcrowded, Receptionist tried to doublecharge and after spelling noted that charge was already been paid months ago (never regretted!!)

Awesome view of the valley from the room

The hotel set in the countryside was a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, and had a balcony overlooking the valley. It was so refreshing sight from the room that one can just sit and relax in the chairs provided in the balcony. All facilities were there in the hotel and the pleasing staff were ready to assist and help. Breakfast spread was ok with lots of local stuff.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Germania. Dieses Mal war das Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Annehmbar nur: - wenn man Straßenlärm mag, - neben dem Aufzug das Hotelleben hautnah erleben möchte. M.E ist dieses Zimmer nicht vermietbar. Das Essen war wieder ausgezeichnet. Damit bin ich voll zufrieden. Annehmbarer Wellnessbereich

Ski trip

The hotel was relaxing and pleasant with a nice spa. It is a quiet place to stay with easy access to the ski resort of Angertal and busses to Schlossalm. It would be nice if there was some possibility to make tea or coffe in the room as there is a small kitchen but no cooking equipment.

This hotel was by far one of the best we have stayed in ever. The atmosphere is friendly and warm when you arrive. The staff from every area of the hotel go out of there way to make your stay great. If you stay in this hotel it would behoove you to pay the extra 10 euro for full board because the food is fantastic. The rooms are quite large and I like the fact that the toilette and shower are in 2 different rooms. Overall we had a wonderful time and intend to return in September. This hotel is certainly comparable to a 5 star based upon the service alone.
