Property was undergoing renovation, therefore its was messy, a bit more of country living. Beds were hard and pillows were too flat. We could use a few more pillows. The staff were nice, but they’re not around after 6pm. So if you need anything you need to ask before that. The cafe next to the accommodation is really good. And the breakfast was awesome. So my reviews are mixed..

Buena relación calidad-precio
Mi experiencia ha sido buena. Cuando llegue no había nadie, en la puerta un número de teléfono y al llamar me dieron un código para conseguir las llaves. La habitación estaba reformada igual que el baño y parecía que estaban haciendo lo mismo en el resto. El desayuno muy completo y muy bien. Frente al hotel tiene su propia zona de aparcamiento para poder dejar el coche.

Nous n’avons eu aucun accueil, nous devions récupérer une clé dans une boîte et on nous a fait remplir un papier pendant notre déjeuner le lendemain pour l’enregistrement . Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur ni d’air climatisé. La décoration est complètement démodée et défraîchie. Le personnel est peu avenant. Le déjeuner est très ordinaire et est 30 minutes plus tard que l’heure dite.

No one was there to check us in. Fortunately a local women helped us. We had not received a password to get our key and the reception hours was not the same as on Expedia. No one had told us about this. The room was really small and very old, like something from the 1970s. There was no AC or any personal. Very expensive but so not worth the money! We will never go there again!

We had the best experience here! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The buffet lunch is absolutely amazing and they make everything in house every day. The rooms were cute and felt like we were in a little cabin. Can’t beat the price and waking up to the view is worth it enough. Would definitely come back!!!!

L'impression de dormir dans une boucherie charcuterie... Le personnel est occupé à autre chose... La chambre devait être "de luxe" mais elle n'avait rien de luxueux, un rapport qualité prix très décevant... Chambre beaucoup trop chère par rapport à sa prestation...

Günstig gelegene Unterkunft im Salzkammergut
Der Metzgerwirt liegt sehr zentral im schönen Salzkammergut. Der Bahnhof ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt und zum Hallstätter See ist es auch nicht allzu weit. Es gibt auch gastronomische Infrastruktur in der Nähe. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, aber alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Für eine Nacht ist es ok. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Einchecken funktionierte auch außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten durch Schlüsselsafes problemlos.

Grei plass å sove, men hopp over middagen.
Rent og greit rom. Stedet er noe slitt. Maten var kjedelig. Smakte likt av alt. Dårlig tvers igjennom på middagsmaten. Luktet forferdelig frå kjøkkenet.

Hôtel en bord de route
Emplacement médiocre, au bord de la route et loin du centre ville. Établissement vieillot mais salle d'eau refaite à neuf. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Au total, trop cher pour ce que c'est.

할슈타트에서 가깝고, 자동차 10분거리에 대형마트 있음
주차장 무료, 오래된 여관같은 분위기이긴 하지만 숙박에 문제 없었구요. 특히나 창문을 열면 펼쳐지는 높은 산이 인상적이었어요. 1층이 식당이고 호텔처럼 따로 호텔 인포가 없어서그렇지 따로 시티택스도 안붙고 좋았어요.

房間和床很小但寢具很乾淨也沒有異味，可是房間外面走廊可以聞到濃濃的廚房油垢味、走廊地板有一部分也好像快塌了一樣走過去吱吱作響，入住只給房間鑰匙沒有大門的，到旁邊餐廳吃完晚飯才八點左右就被鎖在旅館外面，最後是打電話給房東才在門口保險箱拿到大門鑰匙

Apenas para estadias rápidas.
Recomendamos somente para estadias rápidas. A recepção é dentro do restaurante. Chegamos depois do horário do início do check in e mesmo assim nosso quarto não estava pronto e tivemos que esperar. Internet realmente não existe nos quartos. O café da manhã está previsto para às 7h, porém não havia nada. Quando viram que os hóspedes estavam esperando pelo café, saíram correndo para arrumar a mesa. Só tinha café, leite, queijo, embutidos, manteiga, geleia, pão e legumes...Alguns hóspedes desistiram e foram tomar café em um estabelecimento ao lado. Limpeza do quarto ok, mas o resto do hotel é bem antigo e empoeirado. No quarto disponibilizam toalhas, produtos de banho e escovas de dentes. Estacionamento aberto, em frente ao hotel. Para quem está de carro terá restaurantes e mercados em 5 minutos.

Atrocious service and a rundown hotel
This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I spend at least 1-2 nights per week in a hotel. The service is atrocious. The staff do not speak any English - which is fine, but they made no effort to communicate with us. When we first checked in, they kept scrolling past our reservation and ignoring us when we told them they had missed us. Instead, they tried to insist we didn't have a reservation. Once we got this sorted out, they neglected to tell us that the whole hotel would be locked 9PM. They didn't give us a night key, so we almost got locked out - luckily my boyfriend found another customer who spoke both German and English, and he was able to translate. The staff then acted extremely annoyed at having to give us a house key. The best part is - when we tried to leave in the morning, the hotel was locked FROM THE INSIDE. So not only did they almost lock us out, they also almost LOCKED US IN. We tried asking staff for help multiple times, but they ignored us while pounding beers at the restaurant bar. The rooms are run down. We had handles missing on furniture, sheets of questionable cleanliness, and windows that let bright light in due to sheer curtains. The walls were so thin that you could hear anything your neighbors were saying. The hotel is also a meat factory, so it reeks. On top of this, there is construction in Hallstatt so it takes 20-30 min to get there during daytime traffic, not 5. In short... avoid this place.

Je n' ai pas été averti que cet hotel restaurant était fermé le LUNDI. PROBLEME à l' arrivée ( 17 H ) Avoir un TEL et parler l' Anglais ,malgré cela ,impossible de trouver une clef dans une bonne boite aux lettres.Mauvaises explications du responsable .Après 1 H de déboire, chambre correcte .Le matin au petit déjeuner ( 9 H ) RE BELOTE personne pour nous servir ou nous expliquer.C' est dommage l' endroit était charmant .

Comfy stay surrounded by beautiful scenery
The hotel is situated close to Hallstatt and Postbus 542 is just outside the main road. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable except that we found some hairs left by the previous occupants on the bed and hairdryer, as well as a half-drunk mineral water bottle on the table. The room lacks sufficient outlets and I have to spent most of my time in the toilet charging and using my phone at the same time. Breakfast is simple and not much of selections. Overall we still have a enjoyable stay. Staffs are very friendly and check-in and out are super efficient.
