Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – absolut kundenunfreundlich Unser geplanter Aufenthalt im Hotel Mürz vom 09.09.25 bis 16.09.25 wurde durch eine völlig inakzeptable Situation massiv beeinträchtigt. Aufgrund einer angeblichen Überbuchung mussten wir unser Zimmer räumen – zugunsten sogenannter Stammgäste. Uns wurde lediglich angeboten, für die letzte Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln. Der damit verbundene Aufwand und Zeitverlust standen in keinem Verhältnis, sodass wir gezwungen waren, einen Tag früher abzureisen. Das Verhalten des Personals war durchweg unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich. Unsere berechtigten Einwände wurden ignoriert, stattdessen wurde uns die Entscheidung einfach übergestülpt. Es wäre durchaus möglich gewesen, die Stammgäste für eine Nacht anderweitig unterzubringen und ihnen anschließend unser Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen – doch offenbar zählt hier Stammkundschaft mehr als Fairness gegenüber aktuellen Gästen. Fazit: Ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis, das jegliche Lust auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt zunichte gemacht hat. Wir werden ganz sicher keine Stammgäste dieses Hauses – und können das Hotel Mürz in dieser Form nicht weiterempfehlen.

unser Feedback zur Übernachtung im Hotel Mürz. Schon der Beginn war wie der ganze Aufenthalt. Unsere Frage nach der Tiefgarage wurde sehr mürrisch beantwortet um nicht zu sagen unhöflich. Der erste Eindruck wenn man auf die Zimmer geht, abgerissene Teppichrandleisten, angestückelte Fußböden, nicht wieder befestigte Deckenecken aus Styropor. Ok, der SPA Bereich nicht ganz neu, soweit so gut. Aber aus welchem Grund die Ränder im Schwimmbad, überlauf Wasser, nicht mal geputzt werden können, uns völlig unbegreiflich. Schwarze Ränder, Schimmer oder Schmutz, wir wissen es nicht. Einfach deckig. Halbpension, ok es gab Abend essen. Die Qualität möchte ich nicht benennen. Von Geschmack möchte ich auch nicht sprechen. Wer einen Käsekuchen mit angetrockneter Erdbeersose serviert, die sich nicht vom Teller lösen lässt, das lasse ich jeden einzelnen Bewerten. Das einzige was an dem Abendessen bleibt ist der Salat. Der war ok. Was bleibt. Für mich das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je war und das waren nicht gerade wenig. Von diesem Hotel ist einfach nur abzuraten. Wir wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Ruhige Lage, Zimmer sauber. und ordentlich.

Alles soweit okay. Manko: WLAN im Zimmer gut - doch auf dem Balkon schlechter Empfang (Zimmer lag am Ende des Ganges). Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Leider gab es Schwierigkeiten und Ärger wegen des Sitzplatzes. Angeblich gibt es reservierte Plätze, die aber nicht deklariert werden. Habe meinen Platz während des Frühstücks räumen müssen. Wenn es Reservierungen gibt, sollte man auch darauf hinweisen, bzw. RESERVIERT-Schilder auf den Tisch stellen.

Leider ist das Hotel zwangsweise in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend einer weitgehenden Renovierung. Zimmer SEHR klein, Balkontür als Frau nicht zu öffnen, zu schwer, leider! Im Thermenbereich sind die Duschen - eng und in keinem guten Zustand.

Service Top, Einrichtung dringend überholen!

Service, Freundlichkeit und Frühstücksqualität Top! War zufällig kurzfristig dort. mit 95 € ein Schnapper da Sauna. Aussenteich, Whirlpool vorhanden gewesen ist. Bett war zu schmal und die Einrichtung müsste dringend renoviert werden. Ich finde Teppich im Hotelzimmer mega unhygienisch. Bad, Saunedusche etc mega in die Jahre gekommen. Verstehe nich wieso man Corona nicht genutzt hat das zu renovieren. Schade!

Sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Das Check in begann etwas mürrisch, war dann aber okay. Älteres Haus in sehr gutem, gepflegten Zustand. Halbpension empfehlenswert, Essen ausgezeichnet. Sauna ziemlich klein.

Hotel und Service war gut, jedoch fehlte in den Fluren teilweise Sockelleisten, in der Badtür waren Schrauben lose, in der Sauna fehlte die Stütze einer Liege oder war defekt- ich bemerkte es rechtzeitig. Schade.

Ein nettes Hotel aber…

Das Personal war normal freundlich und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein und sehr unpraktisch- man konnte sich kaum drin bewegen, das hat uns sehr missfallen. Die Dusche ist viel zu klein und die Toilette direkt an der Tür mit kaum Bewegungsradius. Es war alles sauber und im Wellnessbereich konnte man sich gut erholen. Leider bin ich mit den Schlappen, welche vom Hotel gestellt werden im Durchgangsbereich ausgerutscht und habe mir die Seite etwas geprellt. Das war kein schönes Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber leider nichts Besonderes und auch die Speisekarte war etwas dürftig von der Auswahl her. Das Ambiente nicht so gemütlich. Es gibt auch zu wenig TV-Sender. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt okay aber wirklich begeistert waren wir jetzt nicht.

Geschäftsreise mit Erholungsfaktor

Bei der Ankunft wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist für den Preis angemessen. Ein Klimaanlage fehlte. Kann im Hochsommer stören. Da aber keinerlei Lärm aufkommt, kann auch bei offenem Fenster geschlafen werden. Parken war problem- und kostenlos möglich. Schwimmbad und Whirlpool waren trotz der momentanen Einschränkungen benutzbar und angenehm zu nutzen.

Die Lage des Hotel ist in Ordnung ebenso die Bedienung in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Gratis Parkplatz.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, ob im Beauty /Wellness bereich oder an der Rezeption.Ganz besonders ist der Service/Küche zu loben. Am Samstag war das Zimmer mit sehr viel Liebe und Blick gür Kleinigkeiten gereinigt.Dies haben wir am Sonntag leider vermisst. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommm

Zentrale Lage, angenehme Atmosphäre, leider fährt der Lift nicht zum 3 . Stockwerk zu den Kursen / Vitalräumen, für Personen mit Gehbeschwerden nicht zu erreichen ist Fango, Massagen, Inhalation, Sauerstofftherapie, Geräteraum, alles im Keller vorhanden, war o.k.

wir waren 3 Übernchtungen im Hotel Mürz ,und hatten Halbpension gebucht ,das Frühstick war gut ,es war alles vorhanden,man konnte auch Orangensaft sebst pressen,Halbpesion ,naja,das ist Geschmacksache,hatten ein Standartzimmer gebucht ,und ein unrenoviertes Zimmer bekommen,bei Nachfrage wurde uns eine Suite angoten,was uns sehr erfreute,alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden,das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
