"The hotel is fine. The rooftop pool looks lovely but the water is too cold to swim in it - so it is mostly empty. There are also no comfortable sun loungers to sit by the pool and the seating options are quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice enough - but, the orange juice is reconstituted and could be quite watery some mornings. It is around a 15 minute walk into Split centre from the hotel"

"Excellent property, well-managed, nice decor throughout"

"The room is excellent, very comfortable room and bed. The view is great on both city and ocean view room. Wifi is also fast and stable. We got 1 room upgrade from City view to be Ocean view with separate living room and 2 bathroom inside. sparking wine is also complimented. Location is walkable to bus station, port and old town, also the beach. Just only breakfast is quite ordinary and not much variety. "

"This property was so lovely. Our room was really spacious, along with the bathroom. It felt really new and clean. We had the best view over the whole of Split! It was only about a 5 minute walk away from the Riva Promenade and being so close to Bicvace beach was perfect!"

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly."

"Close to restaurants, tourist attractions, beach. Breakfast availability was great and taxi service was arranged for early flight."

"Easy check in. Great location. The staff was so helpful and kind. Knew where everything was located and had great map to help. Market next door for inexpensive items. Discounted breakfast at hotel restaurant. Definitely would stay again."

"Dream luxury rooms provided a cozy oasis during my time in Split. The location was easily walkable to old town and the beach, as well as grocery store and restaurants. The room was clean and amenities well maintained- great AC! I loved my view of the city and the marina. They were also able to provide transportation from the airport on arrival, which I had pre-arranged, that was friendly and courteous- they even helped with my bag up the stairs! Highly recommend for solo female travelers as...

"Maria was so kind and helped us with our luggage, making sure we were comfy in our room on the second floor, which we accessed by stairs. They even provided everything we needed. The room was spotless, the bed was super soft, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. The towels were both soft and clean, and the shower was conveniently located inside the jacuzzi."

"Highly recommend this place . Easy 15 min walk to the old town Room was clean and comfortable. It’s a three room together with one entrance, but you have your own privacy. Will definitely rent it again."
