Awesome stay!

Had an amazing 3 night stay at The Suites at Calle Nueva. Highly recommended! Great location near SM City Bacolod and other famous tourist spots in the city. Clean and spacious bedroom. Breakfast buffet was good and is served early at 6am.

Excellent value for the money. This place has a simple yet filling breakfast. Refillable coffee and juice/water. Nice beds. Netflix/Youtube, and good wifi. The staff is so helpful. I highly recommend this property, and will be bqck.

The room is nice and clean with comfortable bed, good working a/c, hot water is working well and good breakfast. There is a nearby store where we bought additional bottled water. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the mall. For transportation, Grab is readily available using the app and we pay in cash. Will surely book this hotel again.

The room are very spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. While the property might look a bit aged, the interior is nicely decorated and you feel at home. BEST MATTRESS EVER! Breakfast was included and they offer a small buffet with essentials. Thank you for accomodating us an hour earlier. We will be back!

Won't stay again

Room was clean but the bed was very hard and water pressure very low. Room had a window that opened to a dark hallway giving the room a very dreary atmosphere.

I had an excellent stay. The place was clean; the staff very friendly and service-oriented. The breakfast was also good. What I appreciated the most was the serene atmosphere and that it was close to the downtown area and the mall.

Small and efficient.

The Suites seems like a family owned place with the owner present. Efficient and friendly, the hotel was better than a couple of 3 star hotels we've stayed at in the vicinity. Central location with the Plaza and the big SM shopping mall walking distance. Parking is across the street fronting an empty lot but there is a security guard at night who sits directly across from the parking area. The beddings are nice, free breakfast which changes every day and, nice for a change, everything works. The AC is a window style unit, a little noisy but it works. Cable TV is included. Of the places we stayed in Bacolod in this price range I like this one the best.

It is very close and walking distance to the church, shopping mall, market and other businesses. What I didn't like is the noise of music down the street which goes on at least till 2 AM!
