"This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. "Firstable I want to say terriblw receptionist at the desk. Second think I booked hotel with free buffet breakfast but they even not selling water. Hotel is empty and like this hotels shouldn't work. It was minus three outside and room was cold but receptionist says goverment not givin gas they cannot warm room. Even she doesn't want to give the remote for air con. Can you imagine? Tollilet was dirty, tissues on the floor, not toiletries just a tawels. Outside ice not putting any salt someone...
