The receptionist, Ms Hang, was very unprofessional and rule. She needs to re-train with her job. My bathroom was very dirty. Moreover, breakfast buffet is only few items and not re-fill even if we were still the breakfast time, 6.00am to 8.30am. We couldn’t find the clean table since many dirty dishes and food left over from previous guests. We booked 2 nights but had to leave early, only 1 night stay and accept losing money. Never come back with this property.

Hotel is in good location but no soundproofing ,car noise penetrating through the room.
I book is VIP ROOM with 50sqm and mark note when booking , I need 2 separately singe bed. but when check in , they give me in normal Deluxe Twin room. due on we check in quit late and very tired that day , I just stay the normal deluxe twin room , when the next day ,i go to check with them and complain need they return the room price difference . they denial to pay room price difference , and said it's we insist need 2 single bed. after we keep complain , they just change me to deluxe triple room. BUT it's only 35aqm.
Hotel is clean, staffs is very friendly and the location is convenience. However, there is only one thing that was disturbance is the window lock was broken so it's very noisy from the street.
