"The room was peaceful and spacious, with an opening window and a balcony door that let in lots of fresh air. The bed was firm which I find very comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful, carrying bags & providing us with pots of tea at odd times (no kettle in the room). The decor may be somewhat dated but I value tranquility and kindness over a spa bath any day"

There was no mention of any additional fees upon booking the apartment. when i arrived at the apartment location, I was unable to locate it, i asked the neighbouring shops and they were not aware of the apartment. I contacted the hold on a number of occasions but he did not anwer, after 2 hours he sent a text demanding cleaning charge which was more than the nighly rate of the...
