We have had a few stays with absolutely extraordinary friendly service and rooms, so in comparison to that it’s a bit more sterile/corporate feeling than those. That’s the only reason for a bit lower score from me. I recommend trying to get a room on the high floors so you can see over the roof top. Great location, good service, clean rooms, some with a killer view. Definitely try to eat at Rosa Dos Ventos while you are here. And killer coffee at colores beans. "

It is a “bare bones” hotel but well located,which makes it easy to get around. I’m mixed on this one, the staff was great, but the owner needs to upgrade the rooms "

"First, the location is FANTASTIC if you want to spend quality time at the Sanctuary of Fatima. It's just 100 steps to the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. Second, the staff there are great. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Third, the room is comfortable and well designed! So many power points/outlets. WiFi was strong. I'll stay here again!!!"
