"Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe...

Bed was comfortable, nice selection of instant teas and coffees in the room. The staff were lovely, particularly the hosts of breakfast and the breakfast selection was excellent. It's a short walk from the beach and into the town for shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff who work in this hotel. "

"This is a charming property in a small quaint town. The grounds and room were very nice. The owner greeted us upon arrival and the staff was attentive. For a small inn, there is an amazing restaurant on site. I highly recommend Blackaddie House if visiting the area. "
