"We had a lovely stay at this hotel the view from our room was amazing. We could not fault breakfast. The young girl that served us was well presented and took our order and served the food coffee etc was friendly and helpful she was excellent. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Exmouth."

"The hotel is perfectly situated to nearby Exeter Airport, which was the purpose of booking it. It was gone midnight when we checked in. The members of staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly which made everything so much easier. Really comfortable bed, so a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great. A lovely selection of foods on offer, with again, friendly helpful staff. We will definately use again when flying from Exeter."

"The Imperial Hotel is in an excellent position. It is clean and the staff were all helpful. We had a standard room which had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was a disappointment and needs an up Grade. Parking was charged at £6 a night."

The food in the restaurant was reasonable, but the service was slow and it was clear they were understaffed and getting things wrong."

"We recently stayed in the Bull hotel and opted for a delux room. WE are so glad we did as the room was wonderful. very impressed, The stairs to the upper floors may be a challenge for the less mobile but I was told there a few rooms on the ground floor, one of which is deluxe. The hotel is convenient for the main shopping area and has a vety useful parking area to the rear of the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. A good breakfast and evening meal. The outside seating looked good too. A great place to stay in a lovely town."

"A little dated and basic, but was very pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed my spontaneous night here with the dog, staff very kind and helpful. Big cups in the room, with nice biscuits and Yorkshire tea! Very affordable too for the night, would very happily return - given at a services, I didn’t hear the motorway at all! I stayed for convenience, not a ‘need’ and personally for £37 a night, I’d happily go back again!"
