"Disappointed with the room experience, especially for a Taj property. The shower enclosure is extremely congested—I could barely turn or stretch my arms to soap myself—and the shower area also appeared dirty and poorly maintained. When I raised this with reception, I was told it was because I had booked the “base room.” However, my booking clearly shows a Premium Room (344 sq. ft.), and nowhere were such unusually small shower dimensions mentioned. Regardless of room category, basic facilities...

"“One of the best hotels in Kolkata. Clean, modern, and luxurious. The room with bathtub overlooking the City view was a highlight. Food quality is excellent and service is top-notch. We were celebrating our marriage anniversary and this hotel was the best place to celebrate. Will definitely stay again.”"

"Good one"

"Hotel not far from hotel, near many shopping mall and water park"

"I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier in Kolkata for nearly two weeks and had an excellent experience. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, and always made me feel well looked after. The facilities were excellent, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Kolkata."

"thanks"

"The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication."

"Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel."

"Good property.. neat and clean .. good service"

"All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay."

"The property was great, the staffs were very welcoming. They infact greeted us with welcome drinks. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Worth every penny. Will visit again!!"

"service is quite good and stay is quite pleasant. All the staff are very helpful"

"The hotel rooms are pathetic . The food provided is pathetic . No extra toilet tissue . You have to call them for additional tissue. The rooms are with water damaged. Single towel provided. "
