"My colleague and I came over for the weekend from Saudi, and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend the apartments, as they're often cheaper than the rooms. The lady serving drinks by the pool last weekend was absolutely lovely and a great chat!
Only disadvantage is that parents tend to let their kids run riot around the pool, screaming and splashing everyone, but that's a reflection on them, not the hotel. 10/10 will stay again next time."
"Just back from a stay at Sofitel Bahrain and honestly, it was excellent. The hotel is in a stunning spot right on the beach with beautiful sea views and a peaceful, private feel. Staff were genuinely warm and attentive—nothing felt forced. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had that subtle luxury feel without being overdone.
The Friday brunch was a real highlight—loads of variety and great atmosphere. Spa is worth a visit too, and the pool area was perfect for a proper switch-off.

"The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed.
The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended. "
