"I could say excellent, CARPET IN 216 plenty of dirty spots. CLEANING NEEDED OR REPLACING. 2 tv’s in ROOM 1 working . Called and staff was great in trying to fix the issue. Early check-in fee WOW. Clean Bathroom, Great AC, BED was awesome. Breakfast was Great. Will stay again, despite the little things that can be fixed.
Thanks for the late check-out."

"While this hotel has been around for many years, it’s been well maintained and the rooms have been nicely remodeled. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There’s an on premise restaurant for dinner which is excellent but a little pricey for the area. Breakfast is made in house and dropped off at your door at the time you choose."

"The room was ok until the bathroom light was flashing on and off, it took them three hours to get it fixed, also the night table lamp the light wasn’t working so the guy on call showed up to my room with his little daughter and had his kid went inside the bathroom and fix the light , and he handed me a light bulb for me to install myself, and I would like to inform you there’s never any one at the front desk , anyone can walk in and enter the property with no problem which is scary. The toilet...

"I stayed at the Budget Inn while I attended a 3 day clinic nearby. The parking was free and I was able to park near my room so I didn't have to lug my luggage too far. The room was spartan but clean with large tile floors. The chair in the room was metal and plastic so if you don't like watching TV sitting on the bed you might not be too comfortable. There is no free breakfast buffet, but there is a microwave and small refrigerator in the room which I used to cook my oatmeal each morning (I...
