"Reception staff were lovely. Food available if wanted, otherwise local restaurants close by. We would have given 5 stars, but the only issue we had were the room pillows were VERY firm and round, almost like trying to sleep on a football. - slightly bizarre "

"Lovely hotel in a quiet area, with some nice features and a quaint courtyard to enjoy a bottle of fizz on a sunny day. Friendly staff, a big and secure garage to store your car, and free tea and coffee. Highly recommended and decent value for money. Note - it only offers breakfast, but there are several very good restaurants locally that you can go to for lunch and dinner. Avarum is particularly excellent, but you’ll probably need to make a reservation in advance for many of the local restaurants as they are very popular."

"I loved this hotel. It is a bit of walk to the heart of town, but en route you will find many wine tasting rooms and beautiful villas. My room was elegant and the staff were lovely. I stayed here in March so the pool wasn't open yet, but it would be a special place to stay in the summer. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful in making suggestions about champagne tastings, restaurants and excursions. "
